IMPORTANT NOTICE

All products offered by Peak Peptides are research compounds intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal use, ingestion, or bodily introduction of any kind. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and the Legal Notice included with your shipment.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Given the nature of research compounds and our inability to verify product integrity once a package leaves our facility, Peak Peptides does not accept returns on any shipped orders. This policy exists to preserve product integrity and uphold the standards of the research community.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipment:

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped.

After Shipment:

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

To request a cancellation, email support@peakpeptides.shop with your order number.

EXCEPTIONS — AT COMPANY DISCRETION

Refunds or replacements may be considered at the sole discretion of Peak Peptides in the following situations only:

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged in transit:

  • Claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Required: Photos of damaged product(s), photos of damaged packaging, photo of shipping label, and your order number
Wrong Item Received

If an incorrect product was sent:

  • Claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Required: Photo of item(s) received, order number, and description of what was ordered vs. what arrived
Missing Items

If your order arrived incomplete:

  • Claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
  • Required: Photo of items received, photo of packing slip (if included), order number, and list of missing items
Product Quality Concerns

If you have quality concerns upon receipt:

  • Claim must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery
  • Required: Order number, lot number from product label, detailed description of the concern, and photos if applicable

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Claims submitted after the applicable deadline
  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used in any way
  • Claims related to product effectiveness or results
  • Temperature damage resulting from failure to promptly retrieve a delivered package
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Orders placed in violation of our Terms and Conditions
  • Any situation where product misuse is indicated or suspected

EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES — CASE-BY-CASE REVIEW

We understand that unusual situations can arise outside of our standard policy categories. In rare cases, Peak Peptides may consider refunds, exchanges, or alternative resolutions on an individual basis.

Such requests:
  • Must be submitted in writing to support@peakpeptides.shop
  • Must include a thorough explanation of the circumstances and all supporting documentation
  • Are subject to management review and require approval before any resolution is offered
  • Are granted entirely at our discretion and do not set a precedent for future requests
Response Time:

Due to the level of review required, these requests may take 7–14 business days for a determination.

No Guarantee:

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Most requests of this nature are not approved. This provision exists only to allow for flexibility in genuinely exceptional situations and should not be read as an extension of our standard policy. All decisions are final.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Peak Peptides does not ship outside of the United States. All orders are domestic only.

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

To submit a claim for shipping damage, a wrong item, missing items, or a product quality concern:

Subject Line: Include “CLAIM” and your order number (e.g., “CLAIM – Order #12345”)
Attach: All required documentation as outlined above

Our team will review your submission and respond within 2–3 business days. All claims are evaluated individually and resolution is at the sole discretion of Peak Peptides.

APPROVED REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit
  • If 15 or more business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@peakpeptides.shop

REPLACEMENT SHIPMENTS

If a replacement is approved in lieu of a refund:

  • Replacement orders are processed within 1–2 business days of approval
  • A new tracking number will be sent to you via email
  • Standard shipping times apply

NO GUIDANCE POLICY

Peak Peptides does not provide guidance on reconstitution, dosing, administration, or any application of our products. We operate under the assumption that all customers are qualified researchers with working knowledge of the compounds they are purchasing.

We will not respond to inquiries regarding:

  • Preparation, use, or administration of products
  • Dosing or concentration guidance
  • Expected effects, outcomes, or product comparisons
  • Suitability for any specific application

Any communication suggesting use inconsistent with laboratory research will result in a Refusal of Service, and no further assistance will be provided.
