All products offered by Peak Peptides are research compounds intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not intended for human or animal use, ingestion, or bodily introduction of any kind. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions and the Legal Notice included with your shipment.
Given the nature of research compounds and our inability to verify product integrity once a package leaves our facility, Peak Peptides does not accept returns on any shipped orders. This policy exists to preserve product integrity and uphold the standards of the research community.
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

We understand that unusual situations can arise outside of our standard policy categories. In rare cases, Peak Peptides may consider refunds, exchanges, or alternative resolutions on an individual basis.
Due to the level of review required, these requests may take 7–14 business days for a determination.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Most requests of this nature are not approved. This provision exists only to allow for flexibility in genuinely exceptional situations and should not be read as an extension of our standard policy. All decisions are final.
Peak Peptides does not ship outside of the United States. All orders are domestic only.
